When Homer Edward Churchill was born on 19 June 1911, in Freeze, Latah, Idaho, United States, his father, Thomas Franklin Churchill, was 37 and his mother, Lorena Louisia Clawson, was 27. He married Catherine "Kay" Agnes Rodier on 2 August 1952, in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada. He lived in Alberta, Canada in 1916. He died on 17 January 1980, in Yuma, Arizona, United States, at the age of 68.
