Kenneth Ray Bowen was born on 13 February 1930, in Kentucky, United States as the son of Clyde Bowen. He registered for military service in 1946. He died on 5 December 1968, at the age of 38, and was buried in Greenville, Muhlenberg, Kentucky, United States.
