She married Ezra Taft Benson in 1831. They were the parents of at least 5 sons and 4 daughters. She immigrated to Utah, United States in 1849 and lived in Nauvoo, Hancock, Illinois, United States in 1839. She died on 14 September 1877, in Logan, Cache, Utah, United States, at the age of 67, and was buried in Logan Cemetery, Logan, Cache, Utah, United States.
