Hans Christoph Huebe was born on 5 October 1771, in Jesseritz, Kreis Meißen, Saxony, Germany as the son of Hans Heinrich Huebe. He married Catharina Elisabeth Klötzau on 3 May 1819, in Calvörde, Helmstedt, Brunswick, Germany. He died on 16 July 1840, at the age of 68.
