He lived in Jackson Township, Jasper, Missouri, United States in 1920 and Cedar Creek Township, Wayne, Missouri, United States in 1930. He died on 26 January 1939, in Coldwater, Wayne, Missouri, United States, at the age of 77, and was buried in White Cemetery, Wayne, Missouri, United States.
