When William Donald Baldeon Diaz was born on 9 February 1939, in La Victoria, Lima, Lima, Peru, his father, Guillermo Baldeon Castillo, was 21 and his mother, Luz Graciela Diaz Arias, was 15. He died on 4 November 2003, in his hometown, at the age of 64, and was buried in La Victoria, Lima, Lima, Peru.
