Carmozina Da Rosa was born on 13 January 1907, in Quaraí, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil as the daughter of José Chagas da Rosa. She married Serafin Porcimicula Nunes on 2 September 1929. They were the parents of at least 2 sons and 4 daughters. She died on 6 May 1985, in her hometown, at the age of 78.
