1916 · The First woman elected into the US Congress

Age 1

Jeannette Pickering Rankin became the first woman to hold a federal office position in the House of Representatives, and remains the only woman elected to Congress by Montana.
1917 · Buffalo Bill Dies in Denver

Age 2

"On Jan 10 1917, famous showman, William ""Buffalo Bill"" Cody dies, while visiting his sister in Denver, Colorado. The cause of death was kidney failure."
1937 · The Neutrality Act

Age 22

The Neutrality Acts were passed in response to the growing conflicts in Europe and Asia during the time leading up to World War II. The primary purpose was so the US wouldn't engage in any more foreign conflicts. Most of the Acts were repealed in 1941 when the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor.
