Emily Jane Adamson

Brief Life History of Emily Jane

Emma was a very dear person per her granddaughter, Lola (Ives/Roseberry) Tipton/Williams...She was quite wealthy and helped many of her siblings out, when they needed help...she also cared for her mother, Nancy Jane (Farley) Adamson in her later years...Nancy Jane (Farley) Adamson is buried in Pope Valley, Napa County, California cemetery...but there is no record of her that she is...but, I have a picture of her burial at her grave at Pope Valley Cemetery with Adamson men and women at the grave and my father, James Jefrey Wright (Nancy's great grandson) at the grave site...Actually the Roseberry Ranch was/is on the main road from Pope Valley to Chiles Valley....and the Ranch is/was in Chiles Valley, Napa Co., California....My parents drove by it many a time...as we visited that area usually once a year....:) I also personally knew Lola Ives/Roseberry.....her father, James William Roseberry, ran off with the housekeeper (Lydia Tyler Baldwin), and changed his last name to Ives.... I do know a great deal about the Adamson's and their daughters....and have pictures of Nancy Jane (Farley) Adamson also...and others....
