She married Ephraim Paupst on 2 February 1859, in Cornwall, Stormont Dundas and Glengarry, Ontario, Canada. They were the parents of at least 2 sons and 6 daughters. She lived in Stormont Dundas and Glengarry, Ontario, Canada in 1901 and Ontario, Canada in 1911. She died on 19 May 1921, in Northfield Station, South Stormont Township, Stormont Dundas and Glengarry, Ontario, Canada, at the age of 83.

1883 · Mining Boom

In 1883, there was a mining boom in Northern Ontario when mineral deposits were found near Sudbury. Thomas Flanagan was the blacksmith for the Canadian Pacific Railway that noticed the deposits in the river.
