Velonika Lile Raass was born about 1915, in Kolofoóu, Tongatapu, Tonga as the daughter of Loseli. She married Leveni Fe'iloaki Mafi about 1935, in Nuku'alofa, Tongatapu, Tonga. They were the parents of at least 3 daughters. She died on 3 April 1950, at the age of 35, and was buried in Auckland, North Island, New Zealand.
