When Anna Krummenacher was born on 9 November 1844, in Escholzmatt-Marbach, Lucerne, Switzerland, her father, Josef Anton Krummenacher, was 24 and her mother, Anna Maria Barbara Magdalena Schöpfer, was 20. She married Anton Nicolaus Banz on 21 November 1870, in Escholzmatt-Marbach, Lucerne, Switzerland. They were the parents of at least 3 sons and 3 daughters. She died on 15 September 1889, in her hometown, at the age of 44.
