Frank Roesch was born in May 1864, in Reading, Berks, Pennsylvania, United States as the son of Frank Roesch and Elizabeth Herring. He married Drusilla Ada Grimes on 17 October 1894, in Danville, Vermilion, Illinois, United States. They were the parents of at least 2 sons and 1 daughter. He lived in Blount Township, Vermilion, Illinois, United States in 1910 and McKendree Township, Vermilion, Illinois, United States for about 10 years. He died on 5 January 1945, at the age of 80.
