Brief Life History of Jose Ramon
When Jose Ramon, Meabe Basterrechea, Zabalbeazcoa was born in August 1865, in Marquina Jeméin, Biscay, Basque Country, Spain, his father, Juan Domingo, Meave Basterrechea, Artaechevarria, was 48 and his mother, Maria Magdalena Zabal Biazcua, Martitegui, was 37. He married Justina, Muniategui Andicoechea, Aberasturi on 9 June 1888. They were the parents of at least 2 sons and 3 daughters. He died on 6 February 1945, at the age of 79.
