Rosaria Costanzo was born on 9 January 1850, in Pedivigliano, Cosenza, Calabria, Italy as the daughter of Giovanni Costanzo and Angela Notarianni. She married Vincenzo Costanzo on 5 April 1870. They were the parents of at least 3 sons and 3 daughters. She died on 24 May 1924, in her hometown, at the age of 74.
