When Alisi Moala was born in 1898, in Kolomotu'a, Tongatapu, Tonga, her father, Mosese Makaha'a Faka'osiula, was 82 and her mother, Mele Vea Fili Manu, was -6. She married Sione Hivafo'ou Moalaeua in 1919. They were the parents of at least 1 daughter. She died about 1973, in her hometown, at the age of 76.
