Margaret Bligh was born in 1683, in Ipswich, Essex, Massachusetts Bay Colony, British Colonial America as the daughter of Mr Bligh. She married Stephen Perkins on 26 September 1719, in Ipswich, Essex, Massachusetts, United States. She died on 23 May 1754, in her hometown, at the age of 71.
