Eleanor Elizabeth Ridgway was born about 1768, in Maryland, United States as the daughter of Jonathan Ridgway Sr. and Rachel Medford Riley. She married Ninian Willett on 28 September 1803. She died in 1804, in her hometown, at the age of 37.
