When Nancy Varnum was born on 1 March 1798, in Dracut, Middlesex, Massachusetts, United States, her father, Colonel Prescott Varnum, was 28 and her mother, Elizabeth MacAllister, was 27. She married Amos Bradley on 1 December 1815. They were the parents of at least 4 sons. She died on 4 August 1827, at the age of 29, and was buried in Hildreth Cemetery, Lowell, Middlesex, Massachusetts, United States.
