When William Beers Munson was born on 30 January 1803, in Barkhamsted, Litchfield, Connecticut, United States, his father, Liverus Munson, was 22 and his mother, Frances Hubbell, was 23. He married Hulda Rice on 17 August 1831, in Barkhamsted, Litchfield, Connecticut, United States. They were the parents of at least 2 sons. He lived in Richfield, Summit, Ohio, United States in 1850 and Independence, Cuyahoga, Ohio, United States for about 10 years. He died on 26 November 1881, in Ohio, United States, at the age of 78, and was buried in Hemlock Cemetery, Independence Township, Cuyahoga, Ohio, United States.
