When Elisabeth Knoph was born in 1763, in Norway, her father, Otto Knoph, was 32 and her mother, Barbara Elizabeth Hansdatter Neumann, was 36. She married Peder Leuch Tandberg in 1799, in Norway. They were the parents of at least 1 son. She died in 1840, in her hometown, at the age of 77.
