When Otilio Hernández Castillo was born on 13 December 1910, in Caltepec, Puebla, Mexico, his father, Ignacio Hernandez Gallardo, was 24 and his mother, Antonia Fabiana Castillo De La Cruz, was 16. He died in 1911, in his hometown, at the age of 1.

Rebellion spreads throughout Mexico. After attack on Ciudad Juárez, Díaz resigns. Madero returns in triumph to Mexico City and is elected to presidency. Emiliano Zapata publishes Plan of Ayala demanding quick reforms.
