When Pierre Huet was born on 28 May 1751, in Boucherville, Montreal, Canada, New France, his father, Pierre Huet Dulude, was 29 and his mother, Marie Josephe Benard, was 23. He married Marie Desanges Dubuc on 10 February 1772, in Saint-Antoine-de-Padoue, Quebec, British Colonial America. They were the parents of at least 11 sons and 9 daughters. He died on 11 June 1837, in Boucherville, Chambly, Lower Canada, British Colonial America, at the age of 86, and was buried in Boucherville, Chambly, Quebec, Canada.
