Sarah Cameron was born on 4 April 1732, in Virginia, British Colonial America. She married Colonel William Wofford in 1748, in Rock Creek Parish, Prince George's, Maryland, British Colonial America. They were the parents of at least 5 sons and 4 daughters. She died about 1772, in Spartanburg, Spartanburg, South Carolina, United States, at the age of 41, and was buried in District 96, South Carolina, British Colonial America.

    1733 · Colonists Arrive in Charleston

    On January 13, 1733, James Oglethorpe and around 130 colonists arrive in Charleston. Even though they land here, they are to go down to Georgia and establish it as a colony.

    1739 · Stono Rebellion

    The Stono Rebellion on September 9, 1739, is a slave revolt led by Angolan slave Jemmy. They end up killing around 30 white people. This is one of three revolts that happen in 1739, that led to more regulation over the Blacks
