Lisbet Olsen was born about 1730, in Mellby, Oppland, Norway as the daughter of Kari Larsen. She married Ole Rasmussen Melleby on 22 November 1775, in Skjeberg Kirke, Skjeberg, Østfold, Norway. They were the parents of at least 3 sons and 3 daughters. She died on 8 August 1803, at the age of 74.
