When Peter Dastrup was born on 8 March 1843, in Holbæk, Sankt Nikolai, Merløse, Holbæk, Denmark, his father, Hans Lorentz Dastrup, was 29 and his mother, Ane Marie Mathiasen Berg, was 23. He lived in København, Denmark in 1845. He died on 11 April 1856, in St. Louis, Missouri, United States, at the age of 13, and was buried in St. Louis, St. Louis, Missouri, United States.

1847 · Casino Theatre (Copenhagen)
The Casino Theatre was built as an entertainment center by Georg Carstensen but was converted into a theatre in 1848. After many years of never gaining popularity, it was closed in 1937 and demolished in 1960.
