When Johann Christoph Zeiher was born on 25 October 1749, in Haberschlacht, Brackenheim, Württemberg, Germany, his father, Johannes Zeyher, was 35 and his mother, Christina Barbara Goetz, was 33. He married Agnes Dorothea Loebich on 16 June 1778. They were the parents of at least 1 son and 1 daughter. He died on 8 September 1816, at the age of 66.
