Anna Catharina Honig was born in 1748, in Wittenberg, Plön, Schleswig-Holstein, Prussia, Germany as the daughter of Hinrich Johann Christoph Honig and Cäcilia Margaretha. She married Christoffel Bernhard Christian Davids on 16 February 1767, in Dreilützow, Mecklenburg-Schwerin, Germany. They were the parents of at least 2 sons and 6 daughters. She died on 10 October 1826, at the age of 78.
