Ignacio Francisco de Paula Anastacio Maria de La Luz de Quixano Cetina, was 39 and his mother, Maria Micaela Luiza Gutierres de Cosgalla Elizade, was 25. He married Maria Manuela del Pilar Josefa Jacoba Elizalde Escudero on 31 July 1820, in Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico. They were the parents of at least 2 daughters. He died on 13 March 1867, in his hometown, at the age of 70.

Army of the Three Guarantees occupies Mexico City under Iturbide's command. Iturbide becomes emperor of Mexico as Agustín I. Iturbide deposed, and republic proclaimed by Antonio López de Santa Anna Pérez de Lebrón.
