Noa was born in 1751, in Mu`a, Tongatapu, Tonga. She married Fakatulolo about 1771, in Mu`a, Tongatapu, Tonga. They were the parents of at least 3 daughters. She died about 1821, in her hometown, at the age of 71, and was buried in Mu`a, Tongatapu, Tonga.
