When Sarah Sanders was born on 24 June 1796, in Warren, Ohio, United States, her father, John Sanders, was 31 and her mother, Massey, was 22. She married John Spray on 30 September 1813. They were the parents of at least 4 sons and 5 daughters. She died on 31 July 1840, in her hometown, at the age of 44, and was buried in Caesars Creek, Greene, Ohio, United States.
