Abigail Perkins was born about 1768, in Ashford, Windham, Connecticut, United States as the daughter of Isaac Perkins and Benjamin Jamison. She married Samuel Willard on 3 September 1798, in Ashford, Windham, Connecticut, United States. They were the parents of at least 2 sons and 1 daughter. She died on 22 February 1839, at the age of 72, and was buried in Greene, Chenango, New York, United States.
