He married Jemima Seager on 20 February 1735, in Simsbury, Hartford, Connecticut Colony, British Colonial America. They were the parents of at least 3 sons and 1 daughter. He died on 15 January 1795, in Connecticut, United States, at the age of 84, and was buried in Saint Andrews Episcopal Cemetery, Mount Jackson, Shenandoah, Virginia, United States.

1758 · Mount Vernon

Mount Vernon Plantation was the home of George Washington. It started off as 2,000 acres and was later expanded to 8,000 acres. The house itself started off as a six room building then got extended to twenty-one rooms.

1781 · British Forces Capture Fort Griswold

The capture of Fort Griswold was the final act of treason that Benedict Arnold committed. This would be a British victory. On the American side 85 were killed, 35 wounded and paroled, 28 taken prisoner, 13 escaped, and 1 twelve year old was captured and released.

Austrian German: altered form of Duller .
