When Elizabeth Hinshaw was born in 1709, in Clonfeacle, County Tyrone, Ireland, her father, Thomas Hinshaw, was 29 and her mother, Mary Marshall, was 24. She married John Mackey on 12 December 1733. She died on 14 July 1788, in Wake, North Carolina, United States, at the age of 79.
