Pule Sivea was born in 1878 as the son of Sivea and Faalo. He married Lisi Or Elizabeth Purcell on 25 May 1905. They were the parents of at least 6 sons and 2 daughters. He died about 1928, in Mutiatele, Samoa, at the age of 50, and was buried in Upolu, Samoa.
