He lived in Fulton, Illinois, United States in 1835 and Stark, Illinois, United States in 1839. He died on 1 October 1846, in West Jersey, Stark, Illinois, United States, at the age of 38, and was buried in Galva Cemetery, Lynn Township, Knox, Illinois, United States.
