She lived in Spring Township, Crawford, Pennsylvania, United States in 1870 and Chanceford Township, York, Pennsylvania, United States for about 20 years. She died on 15 April 1917, at the age of 66, and was buried in Eustis, Lake, Florida, United States.

After a special session of Congress, the Articles of Impeachment were approved by the House and then the Senate. Making Andrew Johnson the first President to be Impeached.
