Félix Rosa López Matorras was born about 1836 as the son of Juan B. Lopez Quesada and Agustina Matorras de Oliva. He married Juana Zamudio Rocabado on 17 March 1885, in San Sebastián, Centro, La Paz, Pedro Domingo Murillo, La Paz, Bolivia. They were the parents of at least 3 sons and 2 daughters. He died about 1888, in La Paz, Pedro Domingo Murillo, La Paz, Bolivia, at the age of 54, and was buried in La Paz, Pedro Domingo Murillo, La Paz, Bolivia.
