He lived in Covington, Miami, Ohio, United States in 1840 and Newberry Township, Miami, Ohio, United States for about 20 years. He died on 27 September 1891, in Piqua, Miami, Ohio, United States, at the age of 86, and was buried in Union Church Cemetery, Newberry Township, Miami, Ohio, United States.
