When Eric Ersson Bjesse was born in 1735, in Nås, Kopparberg, Sweden, his father, Erik Ersson Bjesse, was 34 and his mother, Britta Jeansdotter, was 31. He married Lena Jansdotter on 29 September 1759, in Gravendal, Säfsnäs, Kopparberg, Sweden. They were the parents of at least 4 sons and 4 daughters. He died in 1793, in Säfsnäs, Dalarna, Sweden, at the age of 58.
