Thomas Fletcher was born in 1626, in Braddan, Isle of Man as the son of Edward Fletcher and Ellin. He married Jane Ratliffe about 1661, in Braddan, Isle of Man. They were the parents of at least 3 sons and 2 daughters. He died in March 1685, in his hometown, at the age of 59, and was buried in Braddan, Isle of Man.
