He lived in Enniskillen, Lambton, Ontario, Canada in 1891 and Lambton, Ontario, Canada for about 10 years. He died on 27 November 1924, in Sarnia, Lambton, Ontario, Canada, at the age of 82, and was buried in Lakeview Cemetery, Sarnia, Lambton, Ontario, Canada.
