She lived in Shirland, Winnebago, Illinois, United States in 1850 and Shirland Township, Winnebago, Illinois, United States in 1860. She died on 14 April 1895, in Winnebago, Illinois, United States, at the age of 89, and was buried in Shirland Cemetery, Shirland Township, Winnebago, Illinois, United States.

Being a second spiritual and religious awakening, like the First Great Awakening, many Churches began to spring up from other denominations.
