When Jose Dionicio Perez Sanchez was born on 4 April 1809, in Hidalgo, Mexico, his father, Jose Maria Perez, was 24 and his mother, Josefa Sanchez, was 19. He married Octaviana Gonzalez Villedas on 4 February 1839, in Chapantongo, Hidalgo, Mexico. They were the parents of at least 7 sons and 5 daughters. He died about 1861, in Chapantongo, Hidalgo, Mexico, at the age of 53, and was buried in Chapantongo, Hidalgo, Mexico.
