1964 · The Old Hansen Planetarium

The Old Hansen Planetarium has served many functions throughout its history. Including, the Salt Lake City Public Library, the Hansen Planetarium and the O.C. Tanner Office. During its time as the Hansen Planetarium, the building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The Planetarium officially closed in 2003 before the opening of the Clark Planetarium.
