He lived in Fishing Creek Township, Northumberland, Pennsylvania, United States for about 10 years and Sugarloaf Township, Columbia, Pennsylvania, United States in 1820. He died in November 1844, in Coles Creek, Sugarloaf Township, Columbia, Pennsylvania, United States, at the age of 73, and was buried in Benton Township, Columbia, Pennsylvania, United States.
