He lived in Richmond Township, Nemaha, Kansas, United States in 1870 and Jefferson Township, Cedar, Missouri, United States in 1880. He died on 29 July 1916, in Claud, Cedar, Missouri, United States, at the age of 74, and was buried in Hickory Grove Cemetery, Arcola, Dade, Missouri, United States.
