When Jeppe Kofoed Hansen was born on 8 April 1833, in Nyker, Bornholm, Denmark, his father, Hans Kofoed Jensen, was 37 and his mother, Ellen Marie Hansdatter, was 36. He married Cecilia Catrine Hermansen on 27 January 1855. They were the parents of at least 2 daughters. He lived in Nyker, Nyker, Bornholm, Denmark for about 26 years and Klemensker, Nørre, Bornholm, Denmark for about 41 years. He died after 1911.

1847 · Casino Theatre (Copenhagen)
The Casino Theatre was built as an entertainment center by Georg Carstensen but was converted into a theatre in 1848. After many years of never gaining popularity, it was closed in 1937 and demolished in 1960.

The Copenhagen Waterworks was the first waterworks in Denmark and served the community until 1951. It was one of the first buildings to be built outside Copenhagen's old city walls.
