When Anna Barbara Plapp was born in 1793, in Kilchberg, Basel, Switzerland, her father, Hans Jakob Plapp, was 28 and her mother, Anna Maria Hofer, was 11790. She married Heinrich Schoenenberger in 1814, in Zeglingen, Basel-Landschaft, Switzerland. She died on 23 September 1870, in Tenniken, Basel-Landschaft, Switzerland, at the age of 77.
