He married Eleanor Hawes on 21 July 1713, in Dedham, Suffolk, Massachusetts Bay Colony, British Colonial America. They were the parents of at least 5 sons and 3 daughters. He died about 1755, in New Hampshire, British Colonial America, at the age of 66.
